1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

Al Ain Approval Services provides government approval and NOC (No Objection Certificate) services in the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

• Municipality approvals and permits
• Environmental permits and assessments
• Civil Defense approvals and certifications
• Traffic and transport permits
• Electricity and water connection approvals
• Sewerage and drainage permits
• Urban planning approvals
• Telecom NOC services
• Construction and demolition permits
• General NOC services from various authorities
• Document preparation and submission
• Application follow-up and status tracking
• Consultation and advisory services

Important: We act as intermediaries and consultants to facilitate the approval process. Final approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee approval of any application.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Al Ain Approval Services, you agree to:

3.1 Provide Accurate Information

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all documents and applications
• Disclose all relevant facts that may affect the approval process
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your information or circumstances

3.2 Document Submission

• Provide all required documents in a timely manner
• Ensure all documents are authentic, valid, and properly attested where required
• Bear responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted documents

3.3 Communication

• Respond promptly to our requests for additional information or documents
• Maintain valid contact information throughout the service period
• Attend meetings or site inspections when required by authorities

3.4 Compliance

• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices
• Respect the decisions and requirements of government authorities

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Our service fees will be communicated to you in writing before commencement of services through a quotation or service agreement. Fees may vary based on:

• Type and complexity of the approval required
• Number of approvals or NOCs needed
• Urgency of the application
• Additional services requested

4.2 Government Fees

In addition to our service fees, you are responsible for all government fees, charges, and dues required by the relevant authorities. These fees are separate from our service charges and are subject to change by the authorities without notice.

4.3 Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before commencement of services
• Payment schedules will be specified in your service agreement
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash
• All payments are due in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed

4.4 Late Payment

Late payments may result in suspension of services, additional charges, or termination of the service agreement.

5. Service Process

5.1 Initial Consultation

We provide an initial consultation to understand your requirements, assess feasibility, and provide a quotation. This consultation may be free or chargeable depending on complexity.

5.2 Document Collection

Upon agreement, we will provide a checklist of required documents. You must submit all documents before we can proceed with applications.

5.3 Application Submission

We prepare and submit applications to the relevant authorities on your behalf. You authorize us to act as your representative for this purpose.

5.4 Follow-up

We track application status and follow up with authorities as needed. We will keep you informed of progress and any additional requirements.

5.5 Delivery

Upon approval, we will collect and deliver the approved documents/certificates to you.

6. Timeline and Delivery

Processing times provided are estimates based on our experience and are not guarantees. Actual processing times depend on:

• Government authority workload and processing speed
• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Additional requirements or queries from authorities
• External factors beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documentation, or factors outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents. We will only share your information with government authorities as necessary for processing your applications, or as required by law.

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our pricing, processes, and proprietary information.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee the approval of any application. Approval decisions are made solely by government authorities at their discretion. We are not liable for rejected applications or any consequences thereof.

8.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

8.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, profits, or opportunities
• Damages arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by you
• Delays or rejections by government authorities
• Changes in government regulations or requirements
• Force majeure events

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Client Cancellation

You may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation terms:

• Cancellation before document submission: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellation after document submission: Partial refund based on work completed
• Cancellation after application submission: No refund (government fees are non-refundable)

9.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• You provide false or fraudulent information
• You fail to provide required documents within reasonable time
• You fail to make required payments
• The service becomes legally or practically impossible

9.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Al Ain Approval Services or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• Upon completion of services
• By mutual written agreement
• For material breach by the other party (after notice and opportunity to cure)
• As specified in the cancellation section

Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For ongoing service agreements, we will provide notice of material changes that affect your services.
